Shipping Policy

At Noor Jewellery Collection, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping information below so you know exactly what to expect.


📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.


🇬🇧 United Kingdom Delivery

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail through our Click & Drop service, so your parcel is fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.

  • Economy (Standard Tracked): Estimated 3–7 working days
  • Express (Special Delivery): Estimated 1–2 working days

Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays or UK public holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimated and, while we do our best to meet them, they are not always guaranteed.


🇪🇺 European Union Delivery

We deliver to all 27 EU member states via Standard International shipping. Delivery timeframes vary by destination — please allow additional time for customs clearance.

  • Standard International: Estimated 7–14 working days

Customs & Duties: Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information before placing your order.


🌍 International Delivery

We ship internationally to a number of countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, and more, via Standard International shipping.

  • Standard International: Estimated 7–21 working days depending on destination

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Noor Jewellery Collection. Please check your local regulations before ordering.


📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at royalmail.com.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 working days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder before getting in touch with us.


🔄 Returns & Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, all earrings, studs, and nose studs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once they have been dispatched. We hope you understand that this policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

If you have any concerns about your order before it is dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
